Dhaka Institute of Vocational Training (DIVT)

Bengal Developments works with the Dhaka Institute of Vocational Training to build a steady pipeline of skilled construction workers. Trainees learn the theory at the institute and practise it on working sites.

In-House Apprenticeship

Apprentices gain supervised, practical exposure in three trades:

• Masonry and bricklaying
• Electrical installation
• Plumbing

Pathway to Certification

Practical experience on our sites supports each trainee’s route to certificate validation through the institute.
